Thanks to my time in executive recruitment, executive education, leadership development and career transition consulting, I’ve worked with thousands of professionals from every imaginable industry, sector, and organisations. I also coach individuals as private clients.
My style is strategic, multi-dimensional and solutions oriented, and I encourage the people I work with to look at the bigger picture as well as their short-term career issues.

Born and raised in Adelaide, South Australia, I started my career as a graduate with ANZ Bank, and eventually left my home town to develop my career with the bank’s Group Human Resources area, in Melbourne. After accepting a redundancy package in the early 1990s, I worked as an executive recruitment consultant, before moving to the UK to complete an MBA.
When I returned to Australia, I joined Mt Eliza Business School - now the executive education arm of Melbourne Business School, where I designed and delivered leadership development programs for corporate and government clients. I left Mt Eliza to join the Leadership and People Development practice at Nous Group, before establishing my own business, Dunelm Consulting, in 2005.
Since that time, I’ve been engaged as a consultant, facilitator, feedback coach and career mentor for various corporate, public sector and not-for-profit organisations. Prior to returning to South Australia in 2015, I was an Associate Senior Consultant in Right Management’s Career Management practice in Melbourne, and delivered executive recruitment consulting and leadership development services on behalf Bendelta, Beilby, iedex, Jo Fisher Executive and Horner Recruitment. I'm currently focused on the development of an online career coaching practice and continue to work with Right Management in Adelaide.
My first degree was a BA majoring in Psychology & Geography from the University of Adelaide. I later completed a MA (Modern European Studies) at Monash University, and MBA at Durham University Business School UK.
I’m an accredited facilitator of MBTI, Birkman, and Skillscope.
